lattice footbridge 42' over Gunstock Brook. Located: In Gilford,
New Hampshire just off SR 11A. Directions: About 3 miles East
of Laconia, New Hampshire off SR 11A in Gilford, New Hampshire in the center
of town near the municipal building. Built by the Rotary Club of
Gilford, New Hampshire, Tim Andrews, foreman, on the site of the first
covered bridge that had been removed 50 years ago. (Sep 2003) |
