authentic Stringer truss 24' over a unnamed brook. Located:
North of Strasburg, East Lampeter Township, Pennsylvania in the Amish Village
attraction. Directions: SR 896 north 1.8 miles from jct. with
SR 741 in Strasburg, Pennsylvania to the bridge on the east side of the
road. The structure rests on poured concrete abutments. It
has barn red painted vertical board and batten on the sides and white painted
vertical board and batten on the portals and there are two opposing window
openings along each side. The floor consists of crosswise planking
and it has a asphalt shingle roof. (Jun 2008)
