when the first photographs were taken on September 8, 2003, a temporary
bridge crossed Otter Creek and the bridge was on dry ground being totally
renovated. The renovations were completed in 2004 and when photographed
again on May 17, 2005, the bridge was once again in service. Also know
as the Goodnough Covered Bridge. It was listed on the National Register
of Historic Places on February 12, 1974. (Sep 2003, May 2005) |
