Mills Riverside Park Covered Bridge
 Chittendon County, Vermont
(WGN 45-04-B)  (WGCB VT-04-B)  (1967)  A single-span non authentic Stringer truss 37' over the Brown's River.  Located:  In Jericho Township, Vermont, in Riverside, Vermont at Mills Riverside Park off SR 15.  Directions:  From Jericho, Vermont take SR 15 east to Mills Riverside Park on the right in Riverside (0.1 mile south of the jct. with River Road on the right).  The bridge is less than 0.1 mile into the park.  It was built by Merton Mills and serves as an entrance to a recreational park.  The structure is supported by two large steel I-beam stringers, set on poured concrete abutments with wing walls.  It also has a small quarter height modified Kingpost truss supporting the roof structure.    Barn red painted vertical boarding covers the sides and portals.  There are three parallel horizontal window openings on each side.  Lengthwise planking forms the floor and the roof is covered with galvanized steel.  Also known as the Mills Covered Bridge, the Riverside Campground Covered Bridge and the Riverside Park Covered Bridge.
